    Help kick off May is Bike Month with FCBC! Meet up at Manchester Center at 8am to Fresno City Hall for the Bike Month Proclamation. Ride with Fresno PD Bike Patrol, elected officials and their representatives and share your thoughts with them about biking in Fresno over coffee and cinnamon rolls. Satellite Rides to Manchester Center will meet up at 7 am (pedals up by 7:15 am) at two locations: Starbucks at River Park near REI led by Chris Eacock of Tower Velo and from Starbucks at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis by FCBC Chair Ed Smith.
